SHIPPING POLICY

We appreciate your time for shopping at kantrend.com. The following are the terms and conditions that initiate our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping 

Kantrend offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands. 

• Order processing time normally takes from 3 - 4 days from the time that you purchase order. Processing time doesn't mean shipping time.
• Processing will be operated from Monday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays. 
• As soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number. 

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, depends on the destination. Shipping time could be changed during major U.S holidays.

Due to Covid-19, delivery time may take longer than normal.

Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

International Shipping 

We are happy to offer our international customers worldwide shipping service. However all international orders are at the liability of the buyer including customs fees and holds. 

Processing time: 

• USPS International Shipping deliveries generally take between 10 - 12 business days to arrive depends on the destinations.
• DHL International Shipping deliveries generally take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive depends on the destinations.

Processing will take place from Monday through Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.

Due to Covid-19, delivery time may take longer than normal.

Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number is sent to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on USPS or DHL website.
